Our Employee of the Month for September is Stephanie Koloff. Stephanie is a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Glenwood Hot Springs Resort and has been here since March of 2022. Since her first day of work, Stephanie has been reliable and level-headed. She is a mentor to others, especially the younger employees that she oversees, which makes her invaluable. Stephanie’s willingness to take on extra projects and responsibilities is refreshing. She has quickly become someone that everyone can count on, and has an excellent positive attitude. Everyone really appreciates her teamwork, her laugh and her smile.
Our Grill Manager, Dana Snyder says, “Stephanie is extremely dependable (has missed only one day in 16 months!), and always does whatever is needed to make sure things run smoothly in her department (Red Brick Eats) and every other department, like the Grill and Snack Bar. She goes above and beyond to motivate others while inspiring fun and well-being. Everyone wants to work with Stephanie!”
When presented with her award, Stephanie said, “I am so glad to have gotten Employee of the Month. I work with such great people. Everyone in my department, from Halana and Dana to the Snack Bar kids, makes my job enjoyable. I love working with food and being able to serve our guests and staff.”
