Congratulations Halana Padgett!
Our Employee of the Month for October is Halana Padgett. Halana is our Food & Beverage Assistant Manager at the Glenwood Hot Springs Resort, and has been with the company for 6 years. Halana was nominated by her manager as Employee of the Month for her commitment to excellence and consistent and excellent improvement in every aspect of her job. “She is someone that can be totally trusted to be in charge. She is well liked by all of the staff, including the Snack Bar staff. If there is a project that needs completed, it will be done right. Halana is always productive, taking real responsibility for every new challenge, always with a positive attitude. She has developed solid relationships with all of our return guests, remembering them and calling them by name. There is never a task or responsibility that Halana feels is not her job. She is a great role model for others.” Halana’s supervisor, Dana, continues with “I checked every box on the nomination form because they all describe Halana.”
Halana says “Thank you. I appreciate the opportunity and am very grateful. I’ve worked here for 6 years and have recently been promoted to Assistant Manager. I would like to thank Dana, he is a very hard working manager. I would also like to thank my Grill and Snack Bar employees for doing such an amazing job, especially with Covid rules and restrictions. Lastly, I would like to thank Kevin and Rose for giving me the opportunity to become Assistant Manager for the Food and Beverage department. The Hot Springs is a great company to work for and I’m very happy to be here.”
