Congratulations Arshella!!
Our Employee of the Month for December, 2020 is Arshella Wight (Accounting). Arshella began her career at Glenwood Hot Springs Resort as a Spa Receptionist and transitioned to her current position as Income Auditor after 11 months. She has been with the company for 2 ½ years. Arshella’s supervisor, Sean, appreciates her for many reasons, and says, “While Arshella deserves this recognition for a variety of reasons, I consider her selfless desire to contribute to the success of Glenwood Hot Springs Resort to be the most deserving reason. This quality was most recently displayed by her significant contribution in making the Spa product sales events a success. Not only did she help make these events a success, she altered her schedule to complete her normal duties with very limited disruption to the rest of the team. In my short time working with Arshella, I have come to appreciate her caring, compassionate approach to guests, coworkers, as well as the Glenwood Hot Springs Resort overall. She is truly a pleasure to be around and helps everyone enjoy being at work. I would like to congratulate Arshella on her well-deserved recognition and look forward to her future contributions to the Accounting team and the Glenwood Hot Springs Resort. Well done Arshella!”
