Congratulations Heisi!
Our Employee of the Month for June is Heisi Gardner (The Grill). Heisi is currently a Kitchen Lead in The Grill with our Food and Beverage Department and has been a member of the Glenwood Hot Springs Resort Team since March of 2017. Heisi’s supervisor, Dana, nominated Heisi for her “can-do attitude” and “for doing her very best to keep operations running as normal as possible when our kitchen staffing level is less than half of normal, and we are much busier than usual.” Dana says, “Heisi’s positive attitude of doing whatever needs to be done to get the job done, no matter how shorthanded we are, is extremely appreciated. She is also very effective at getting underutilized employees to be productive.”
When presented with her award, Heisi replied, “First of all I want to say Thank you to the company for the trust. Since I started working here, I have learned so much. Thank you to my manager, Dana Snyder, for giving me the opportunity to be a part of his crew! I would like to thank him for his patience and for teaching me a lot. I would also like to say Thank you to Halana!”
