Congratulations Treigh!
Our Employee of the Month for July is Treigh Webber (Pool Maintenance). Treigh is a Pool Operator with our Pool Maintenance Department and has been a member of the Glenwood Hot Springs Resort Team since May 2021. Both of Treigh’s supervisors have nothing but good things to say when describing why they nominated him for Employee of the Month. “Treigh has gone above and beyond while we have been short staffed and his willingness to take extra shifts on his days off have been huge in keeping our department moving forward. Treigh shows the ability to learn new skills and has the willingness to improve himself in areas that will make him a great employee and leader in the future. His willingness to help others is a strong asset in his character. He is an all-around good young man that appreciates his employment.”
When presented with his award, Treigh replied, “The initial surprise of hearing about Employee of the Month immediately brought a smile to my face. The appreciation goes a long way with me, and I’m so happy to have a group of co-workers and upper management that is so very caring. I’m thankful for this opportunity for so many reasons. The science behind this job has interested me since day one. I’m eager to learn and continue to prove myself in this job and company."
