Our Employee of the Month for March is Heisi Gardner. Heisi is our Kitchen Lead in the Grill at Glenwood Hot Springs Resort and has been here since March, 2017. Heisi is our rock! She often stays late when we need extra help, and gets along with all of her co-workers. She has a steady presence that helps keep everyone else calm. She works very hard to make sure everything is ready on time and often treats us to one of her home-made creations. You can always tell when Heisi makes the soup!
Food & Beverage Manager Dana Snyder says, “Heisi has been a hard-working, reliable employee in my department. She is loyal to the Glenwood Hot Springs and really cares about the performance of the department, helping wherever she is needed and does so with a positive attitude.”
Heisi has this to share, “I am very honored to receive the recognition once again. Thank you to everyone and a special thanks to Dana and Halana for their support. I have enjoyed my 7 years of working here.”
