Congratulations Lily! Our Employee of the Month for April is Lily Leyva (Shop). Lily is currently a Sales Clerk in The Shop and has been a member of the Glenwood Hot Springs Resort Team since June of 2019. Lily’s supervisor, Pat, has nothing but good things to say about Lily. “The shop is honored to have Lily Leyva awarded Employee of the Month. Lily is a model employee who exemplifies all of the Glenwood Hot Springs Resort values, and then some. Countless customers have praised her excellent service for being very knowledgeable and friendly. Recently Lily has demonstrated her creative abilities with fantastic merchandising displays. These displays brighten lobby windows, and remind customers about all those little things they forgot they needed. Lily is the type of person that makes life at The Shop, and the rest of the Pool so special.”
When presented with her award, Lily replied, “I am very grateful for the opportunity to be here, and have the chance to grow. Thank you everyone for your support and a big thanks to Pat for working with me on my hectic school schedule, Mahalo.” Thank you for your continued commitment to this company.
